Tiger Woods under the influence of Ambien and Vicodin when he crashed his car?

The Tiger Woods drama just keeps coming. According to a newly released document from the Orange County State Attorney's office, Police who investigated Tiger's one car crash just after Thanksgiving are now seeking Woods' medical records.
Police believe that Woods may have been under the influence of Ambien, Vicodin, and/or Alcohol when he crashed his car late last month.
RadarOnline reports that Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Joshua Evans filed a request for an investigative subpoena of Tiger's medical records stating that Driving Under the Influence with Property Damage was the crime suspected.

On the form Evans wrote; “A witness stated that the driver had consumed alcohol earlier in the day and the same witness removed the driver from the vehicle after the collision. Also, the same witness stated that the driver was prescribed medication (Ambien and Vicodin). Impairment of the driver is also suspected due to the careless driving that resulted in the traffic crash.”
A friend of Tiger Woods' alleged mistress number one, Rachel Uchitel says that Uchitel and Tiger would take the drug Ambien just before having sex. Claiming that Uchitel said "You know you have crazier sex on Ambien - you get into that Ambien haze. We have crazy Ambien sex."
